- ch = chain
- dc = double crochet

Instructions:
Diamond Lace Motif (Make 120):
- Round 1: Ch 8, sl st to the first ch to form a ring. Ch 3 (counts as dc), 15 dc in ring, sl st to the top of ch 3. (16 dc)
- Round 2: Ch 5 (counts as dc, ch 2), *dc in next dc, ch 2; rep from * around, sl st to 3rd ch of beginning ch-5. (16 dc, 16 ch-2 sp)
- Round 3: Sl st into first ch-2 sp, ch 3 (counts as dc), (dc, ch 2, 2 dc) in the same sp, *(2 dc, ch 2, 2 dc) in the next ch-2 sp; rep from * around, sl st to top of beginning ch-3. (32 dc, 16 ch-2 sp)
- Round 4: Sl st into ch-2 sp, ch 3 (counts as dc), (dc, ch 4, 2 dc) in the same sp, *sc in next ch-2 sp, (2 dc, ch 4, 2 dc) in next ch-2 sp; rep from * around, sl st to top of beginning ch-3. Fasten off.
Joining the Motifs:
Using the flat slip stitch method, join motifs in a grid of 10 motifs wide by 12 motifs long, matching the sides of the diamonds.
Border:
- Round 1: Attach yarn to any outer dc of the blanket, ch 1, sc evenly around the edge, placing 3 sc in each corner; join with sl st to beginning sc.
