Back

  4. Continue in stockinette stitch until the piece measures 8 (9, 10) inches from the cast-on edge.
  5. Shape the shoulders by binding off 5 (6, 7) stitches at the beginning of the next 4 rows.
  6. Bind off the remaining stitches.

Front

  1. Work as for the back until the piece measures 6 (7, 8) inches.
  2. Begin the textured 3D cable pattern:
    • Row 1 (Right Side): K2, *p2, k6, p2; repeat from * to last 2 stitches, k2.
    • Row 2 (Wrong Side): P2, *k2, p6, k2; repeat from * to last 2 stitches, p2.
    • Row 3: K2, *p2, C6F (Cable 6 Front), p2; repeat from * to last 2 stitches, k2.
    • Row 4: Repeat Row 2.
  3. Repeat Rows 1-4 for the cable pattern.

Sleeves

  1. Cast on 32 (36, 40) stitches using the lightest shade of yarn.

  4. Increase 1 stitch at each end of every 6th row until you have 48 (52, 56) stitches.

Hood

Finishing
