Materials:

Stitch Abbreviations:

Pattern Notes:

1. This pattern is worked in rows, alternating colors every two rows for a stylish look.
2. To change colors, complete the last yarn over of your last stitch with the new color.

Instructions:

1. With Color A, ch 30 (or desired width).
2. Row 1: Starting in the second ch from the hook, sc across (29 sc). Turn.
3. Row 2: Ch 2 (counts as 1 dc), dc in each st across (29 dc). Turn.
4. Row 3: Ch 1, sc in the first st and in each sc across (29 sc). Turn.
5. Row 4: Ch 2, dc in the first st and in each dc across (29 dc). Change to Color B in the last yarn over of the last dc. Turn.

Finishing:

For a polished look, sc around the edges of the towel to create a clean finish. You can also add a loop for hanging by making a slip knot and chaining 10, then slip stitching back into the last sc.
