Materials
- Worsted weight yarn in cream, taupe, and brown

18 stitches and 24 rows = 4 inches (10 cm) using stockinette stitch.
Finished Size
Approximately 50 x 60 inches (127 x 152 cm)
Instructions
Square 1: Basketweave
- Cast on 32 stitches.
- Row 1-4: *K4, P4*; repeat from * to * across.
- Row 5-8: *P4, K4*; repeat from * to * across.
- Repeat Rows 1-8 until the square measures 9 inches. Bind off.
Square 2: Diamond Texture
- Cast on 32 stitches.
- Row 1 (RS): K
- Row 2 (WS): P
- Continue pattern: Follow a diamond texture chart for 36 rows.
- Bind off.
Square 3: Seed Stitch
Continue with similar instructions for seed stitch and other textured patterns for the remaining squares, ensuring each square measures 9 inches.
Assembly
Arrange the squares in a 4x4 grid. Use the tapestry needle and a mattress stitch to seam together the squares.
Border
- Pick up stitches along one side with circular needles.
- Knit 4 rows in garter stitch.
- Repeat for all sides, ensuring corners are joined neatly.
Weave in ends and block to finish.
