Snug Textured Chunky Wrap
Materials:
- 1 skein bulky weight yarn (approx. 100 yards)
- 9mm crochet hook
- Scissors
- Tapestry needle for weaving in ends
Gauge:
Check your gauge with 10 double crochets and 6 rows = 4 inches.
Finished Size:
Approximately 10 inches wide and 60 inches long, adjustable based on your preference.
Abbreviations:
- ch = chain
- dc = double crochet
- st = stitch
- sl st = slip stitch
Pattern:
Starting Chain:
Chain 25.
Row 1:
In the 4th chain from the hook, double crochet. Double crochet in each chain across. (22 dc)
Row 2:
Ch 3 (counts as first dc here and throughout), turn. *Front post double crochet (FPdc) in the next st, back post double crochet (BPdc) in the next st; repeat from * across. End with a dc in the top of the turning chain. (22 st)
Row 3-10:
Repeat Row 2 for a total of 10 rows or until desired length. Finish with a dc on the last row to solidify the edge.
Edging:
Switch to sl st, make a border by doing slip stitches evenly along both edges of the wrap for a clean finish. Cut yarn and weave in ends.
