Pattern Instructions:

  1. Chain 34 (this is the foundation chain; adjust for desired width).

  3. Row 2: Chain 1, turn. In the first stitch, make 1 sc. Then work 1 dc into the sc from the previous row. *Skip the next sc, make 1 sc into the dc below; make 1 dc into the sc below. Repeat from * across, finishing with a sc in the last stitch.
  4. Repeat Row 2 until the scarf measures approximately 60 inches long or desired length.
  5. To finish, join the two ends of the scarf together with a slip stitch to form the infinity loop. Weave in any loose ends.

Optional Modifications:

Feel free to adjust the pattern to create a cowl by simply making it shorter, or switch to a lighter yarn for a spring version!
