Materials:

• Worsted weight yarn (approx. 250 yards)
• Size H (5.0 mm) crochet hook
• Scissors

Gauge:
16 dc x 8 rows = 4 inches in dc.

Abbreviations:
ch = chain
dc = double crochet
sc = single crochet
sl st = slip stitch
pm = pocket motif

Instructions:

1. Foundation: Ch 36. Turn.
2. Row 1: Dc in the 4th ch from hook, dc across (34 dc). Turn.
3. Row 2: Ch 3, dc in each dc across (34 dc). Turn.
4. Repeat Row 2 until the piece measures 12 inches from the foundation. Fasten off.
5. Fold the rectangular piece in half and sew the sides using a whip stitch to create the bag.
6. Pockets: For each pocket, ch 12. Turn.
