Instructions:
Foundation Row:

Sc in the second ch from hook and in each ch across, turn.
Row 2:

Row 3:

Repeat Rows 2-5 until piece measures approximately 60 inches or desired length.
Border:
Round 1: Ch 1, sc evenly around the entire blanket, placing 3 sc in each corner. Join with a sl st to first sc.
Round 2: Ch 1, sc in each st around, placing 3 sc in each corner st. Join with a sl st to first sc.
