• ch – chain
• sc – single crochet

Instructions

1. Foundation: Attach your yarn to the elastic hair band with a slip stitch.
2. Round 1: ch 1, work 40 sc around the entire band, join with a slip stitch to the first sc.
3. Round 2: ch 2 (counts as the first dc), work 1 dc in each st around, join with a slip stitch to the top of the ch 2.
