Materials

• Lightweight cotton yarn in beige, green, and white

Instructions

Sole

1. Using beige yarn, ch 11.
2. Row 1: 2 sc in 2nd ch from hook, sc in next 8 ch, 6 sc in last ch. Working on opposite side, sc in next 8 ch, 2 sc in last ch. Join with sl st to first sc. (28 sts)
3. Row 2: Ch 1, 2 sc in next st, sc in next 11 sts, 2 sc in each of next 6 sts, sc in next 11 sts, 2 sc in last st. Join. (36 sts)
4. Row 3: Ch 1, sc in next st, 2 sc in next st, sc in next 12 sts, (sc in next st, 2 sc in next st) 3 times, sc in next 12 sts, (sc in next st, 2 sc in next st) twice. Join. (42 sts)
5. Change to green yarn, ch 1, sc around. Fasten off.

Upper Strap

1. With green yarn, ch 40.
2. Row 1: Starting from 2nd ch from hook, sc across. Fasten off leaving a long tail for sewing.
3. Fold strap to fit across the sandal and sew to sides securely.

Toe Strap

1. With green yarn, ch 18.
2. Row 1: Starting from 2nd ch from hook, sc across. Fasten off.
3. Attach strap to sole about 4 stitches from toe edge, securing both sides.

Ankle Strap

1. With beige yarn, ch 21.
2. Row 1: Sc in 2nd ch from hook and across. Fasten off.
3. Sew a button to one end and create a button loop on the other. Attach strap to back of sandal.

Flower

1. With green yarn, create a magic ring.
