    • 1 motif for the neck
    • 3 motifs for the head
    • Each leg is made from 2 motifs
  2. Once the motifs for each body part are stitched together, join the edges using light purple yarn and sc to create a seamless look.
  3. Leave an opening and stuff the horse with fiberfill to your desired firmness.
  4. Insert safety eyes and secure them firmly.

Ears (Make 2)

  1. With dark purple yarn, ch 6.
  2. Row 1: Sc in 2nd ch from hook and across. (5 sts)
  3. Rows 2-3: Sc across.
  4. Row 4: Sc2tog, 1 sc in next st, sc2tog. (3 sts)
  5. Row 5: Sc3tog. Fasten off, leaving a long tail for sewing.

Mane and Tail

  1. For the mane and tail, cut strands of light purple and dark purple yarn, approximately 8 inches long.
  2. Attach them in clusters along the top of the head for the mane and at the rear for the tail.

Finishing

  1. Sew ears onto the head. Secure all motifs neatly and ensure all loose ends are woven in.
  2. Check all seams and ensure the horse is securely stuffed and shaped evenly.
