Instructions

Preparing the Fabric Scraps

1. Cut your fabric scraps into strips approximately 1-2 inches wide.
2. Join the strips by tying them together securely to create a long strand.

Crocheting the Rug

1. Foundation Ring: Create a slip knot and chain 5. Join with a slip stitch to form a ring.
2. Round 1: ch 1, work 8 sc into the ring. Join with a slip stitch to the first sc. (8 sts)
3. Round 2: ch 1, 2 sc in each st around. Join with a slip stitch. (16 sts)
4. Round 3: ch 1, sc in the next st, 2 sc in the next st, *sc in next st, 2 sc in next st* repeat until end of round. Join with a slip stitch. (24 sts)

Finishing
